Fully Remodeled and Full of Charm
From baby blue walls downstairs and hot pink walls, this 1,800 square foot home has been fully remodeled. Everything behind the walls is in tip top shape. Today we’re focusing on the aesthetics. It’s amazing how fresh finishes and staging furniture can make such a difference! Check out the interactive tour below.
The Living Room
Staging is something that can seem like an unneeded expense. After all, it takes a lot of effort and money to renovate a house. Every penny counts.
In our experience, staging is more than icing on the cake. It’s essential to create that warm, homey feel that attracts buyers. Comfortable furniture arranged in an open and pleasing layout is almost irresistible! Check out how much more inviting this living room becomes with fresh paint and soft sofas.
Sure, people could use their own imaginations as they walk through a house listed for sale, but seeing that basket with a cozy blanket is immediately inviting.
The Kitchen
This room is an example of how new paint and modern appliances can make a huge change to the feel of a room. In addition, there are small counter top decorations which build on that homey feeling.
The Upstairs Bathroom
In our experience, tile surrounds in the shower and bathtub make a huge impact. Everything appears much more luxurious. Again, notice small touches like the basket of towels on the toilet and small vases on the vanity.
One of the Bedrooms
Ideally, at least one bedroom would be staged. This house did not receive any special staging attention to the bedrooms. Here, we can appreciate fresh carpet, cool grey paint, and new light fixtures.
