As the projects pile up, we are always looking for construction crew members. We are a family-owned company who purchase houses for cash. Because we ONLY work on our own projects, you won’t have to worry about “dealing with customers.”
Our ultimate goal is to help you expand your skill set, rehab homes, and have some fun while we do it. You will be a valued member of our team whose role is to re-develop and help grow the community of Des Moines. We need somebody who is okay with learning, moving job site to job site (sometimes on the same day) and willing to get the job done. This isn’t just a j-o-b. Who are we looking for?
You need to have top notch teamwork, communication skills, and attitude. Team members must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business and the finished product of the homes we work on.
Flexibility is key. Come in, attack the day and get results and work until the job at hand is done. We won’t micromanage you by any means. Your performance is judged strictly by your results.
Pay is based on skill-set. Newly hired employees start on Mondays.
